Let me tell you about my experiences with Giorgios. They are top notch with quality, customer service and price. I walked in after going to all the franchise brands and felt like I was in the right place. I wanted to deal with a family owned place to get a ... family feel and that's exactly what I got. The engagement ring that was made for my soon to be wife was breathtaking she gets stopped everywhere we go to ask to see the ring and complimented and we tell everybody Giorgios in freehold mall. I just called yesterday and spoke to the man Vic who makes me feel like we're brothers every time I walk in and told him it was time to get the wedding band picked out because the wedding is around the corner and I was welcomed in to work around his schedule. The entire family of staff st Georgios is phenomenal. Victor helped me when I was initially looking at engagement rings and he was knowledgeable on what they had to offer that fit my taste. I was able to purchase a custom designed ring and then they duplicated the ring for ... myself so my fiancé and I had matching rings. I have purchased bracelets, watches, and pendants from them and will continue to do business with this family. Bill is always there to help with any adjustments and or fixes. Very professional. Reasonable prices. Not like your typical chain jewelry stores who are overpriced. They treat you like family and take care of their customers. My husband bought my wedding band here. I had the unfortunate experience of having to get both my wedding band and engagement ring cut off my finger in an emergency situation. I brought both pieces in and asked if they could fix it. The staff is very pleasant and the ... pricing for the repairs was more than fair. I also wanted to add a halo of diamonds around the center stone of my engagement ring. When my husband brought the ring home to me I was ecstatic when I opened the box! I had the best experience at Giorgio's. I previously went to Gary Michaels and almost had my engagement ring reset there. When we went to Giorgio's not only were the prices incredible the quality can't be beat. They worked with my budget and never tried to show me anything out ... of my price range, they went above and beyond working with us. I picked a setting I loved and Bill (the owner) actually called me a few days later because he found another setting he thought I might love. Well he was right!!! He wanted to give me all the options and wanted me to be happy, he didn't have to go out of his way to do that but he did. Anyone looking for jewelry really needs to go there.
